De Beekse Bergen - Family Safari, amusement and Fishing in Holland

We have spend several times at the Beekse Bergen and we are writing this article from the eyes of a fishing with family knowabout. It's just having fun ! A really great place to go when you have children aged 0-?? with you ...

The Cabins have been acceptable  and we have stayed at the lake site twice in different sort of cabins. The park offeres a great concept as it combines stocked wildlife, fishing and amusement together.

When you have a bivvy fisherman with you, then there are some special spots which can be boarded. We have seen several good catches shown on other fishing websites in Holland.

While staying there, we have fished for shorter periods upto 1/2 hours per session. Roaches, Perch and Bream have been caught and we have seen a fellow angler taking out some small Zander at the park.

Boat rentals can be made at the facility and the local fishing license can also be found here.

Advisable : Take your Feeder/swingtip/picker rod and/or longpole with you as a common angler. Vertical zander and predator trolling can be done, but limited. Besides the park you will find the Wilhelminakanaal, wich offeres some nice swims for several fishing options. The park fishing license is free and you need an additional fishing license for the waters outside.

A real great Family Destination. Book early to forecome that you have to wait to next seasons, untill there is space available.
